Grill Me A Cheese

I have eaten a lot of grilled cheeses. My all time favourite lunch growing up was when my mom would make an actual pile of grilled cheeses piled on a plate, family style, for her, my sister and I (I’m not sure you could pay my dad to eat a grilled cheese), always with a big glass of milk and plenty of pickles. Honestly, every grilled cheese should be served with a pickle on the side.

Here Today, Gone To Mayo

The most popular home version (at least in my home) is Tuna. Tuna comes from a can, it was put there by a man in a factory downtown. If I had my little way I likely would not eat tuna every day, but it’s still great from time to time. I live in the country (residential), and I eat me a lot of tuna.

My Bologna

I don’t know about you, my audience of sandwich connoisseurs and aficionados out there, but I have a pretty strong picture in my mind of the perfect example of a sandwich. Most of the time, I picture there being some mustard and mayo on there, the cheese is cheddar, and I’m not sorry at all to say, the meat is Bologna.

Go make yourself a peanut butter sandwich

I love peanut butter sandwiches. There just always, always must be an ‘and’. I’ll accept peanut butter on toast for a quick breakfast, but apart from that it must always have a companion. When attempting to put PB on an sandwich, a chaperone is required for it to enter my tummy.

The Dagwood Sandwich

What is a Dagwood? Let’s not over complicate it. It’s really just any very large sandwich with multiple meats. Sure, you can stretch the definition to include uncut clubhouses and Subway cold cut combos if you wish. I even saw a nice fella on YouTube trying to sell a BELT …

There are a lot of sandwiches out there.

It makes sense. If a sandwiches are anything between two pieces of bread, then the permutations are nearly endless. Even the bread. How many kinds of bread are there? I’m not sure. I haven’t done that research yet. Maybe I could ask Google right now, but that’s a topic that …
